Meditation: Ancient Cliffside Stairway
This meditation is approximately sixteen minutes in total, and is one of my personal favorites. We begin on a cliff high above the sea at dusk. You notice an ancient mystical stairway that was forged in antiquity, and which hugs the sturdy rock walls of the cliff. There are 50 steps, and as you begin to descend the stairway to the beach below, you pause with each step, and intentionally count down as you proceed.
