RESOURCES
As I continue to learn more on my spiritual journey, it becomes increasingly evident that there is a wide spectrum of content available--some excellent, some nonsensical, and the majority somewhere in between. The intent of this page is to provide a growing list of resources, many of which I have either personally created or curated. If you have ideas for some that should be added, please email me.
CARDS
There are various names for cards used to help with psychic communications with Spirit. Some are trademarked and others are not, and include Oracle cards, Spirit Cards, Soul Cards, and others. In my view, the purpose of all of these is similar, which is to help someone with a psychic connection better articulate a message from Spirit. Many physical decks of cards are for sale, and I created these (and called them Frequency Cards, as a nod to the science of communication with signals of varying frequencies) for anyone to download and use free of charge. MENTORS AND SPIRIT CIRCLES
MENTORS
There have been several psychic medium tutors who are all skilled at their craft, and who have taught various classes I have attended. Two, in particular, have been motivation for much of my progress on my spiritual journey. Elizabeth Hart Titterton is a spiritual medium who has been aware of her connection to Spirit since she was very young. She brings compassion, patience, and understanding as she helps others along their paths. She holds classes and events at several institutions, including the Arthur Conan Doyle Centre (above), provides private readings, and may be contacted through her website, below.
"There is a need for truth, but in the deliverance of such words there is also a need for compassion and love. We are Spirit."

Minister Val Williams was born with the gift of mediumship and has been practicing in multiple countries for nearly four decades. Whether she is working privately, within workshop situations, or doing public demonstrations of mediumship, she has only one goal – to be accurate and true to those who trust her. She is internationally known for her abilities, and holds classes and events at several institutions, including the prestigious Arthur Findlay College. She may be contacted through her website, below.
"I could retire but until Spirit wants me to I will continue to enjoy spreading the truth – encouraging the next generation of mediums as I was encouraged by the last generation.... There has never been greater need to promote the best mediumship through our future mediums, proving that evidential mediumship is the key to the truth about Spirit communication."

SPIRIT CIRCLES
I had no idea what to expect when I joined my first Spirit Circle, and was certainly curious. This passage from Everly After (which I only read after I first attended), is a great summary: "A spiritual circle is a planned gathering of like-minded people for the purpose of spiritual development. In a spiritual circle, we raise our vibrational energies and focus on developing our intuitive and mediumship abilities. In these circles, we connect with each other, Angels, Spirits, and Guides. In spiritual circles, we can gain the confidence needed to share our gifts with others."

Each tutor who leads the Circle has their own approach and technique. In common to those I have attended are (1) grounding ourselves and setting our intention for the Circle, (2) expressing gratitude, (3) a guided meditation, (4) group discussion, and (5) closing prayer (according to Brittanica, "an act of communication by humans with the sacred or holy—God, the gods, the transcendent realm, or supernatural powers.").

I now routinely attend Open Circles (offered to the public, usually for a small fee), which are offered by many institutions. I am partial to the one held every week through the Arthur Conan Doyle Centre (link above; they offer in-person Open Circles in Glasgow, Scotland, and on-line virtual Open Circles). In addition, some tutors provide Private or Closed Circles, which are invitation-only, and are offered at the tutor's generosity. Both are terrific ways to connect, practice mindfulness, and strengthen your connection with Spirit.

Udemy is a platform for online learning, mostly through recorded lectures which you can take on-demand to suit your time availability. MY BOOK (FREE DOWNLOAD)
Several years ago, I was on a social enterprise panel, and I was asking one of my fellow panelists—the founder of an amazing organization dedicated to literacy—about her journey. She, in turn, asked me about mine. I then said to her, “This is really interesting and inspiring to hear about your journey in such a quick, digestible way. One day, I would love to write a book where I give a variety of people one page in a book to write about their journey—their passions, their life lessons.”

The intention was to connect us as a human family through our stories, regardless of ethnicity, gender, color, geography, or any other excuse for bias or prejudice...to show that there is more that connects us than divides us.
My co-panelist thought it was a great idea. A decade later, it became a reality, and the first edition was published in 2022 and is available to purchase on Amazon here, or you can click on the cover image to download a pre-publication pdf for free (content is the same). It's not explicitly about psychic connection, or mediumship, or meditation...but it is about human connection.
