CHAKRA-CLEARING & HEALING MEDITATIONS
Meditation: Chakra Travel
This meditation is about fifteen minutes in total and takes you on a journey through your seven major chakras. The word "Chakra" comes from ancient Vedic Sanskrit writing and means "wheel" or "disk." Chakras are thought to be the energy centers, or rotating disks, in the body that correspond to organ systems and nerve bundles, and it is important to keep them clear and flowing. Most Western approaches also identify colors which correspond to each Chakra. You will hear reference to this during the meditation. This meditation was inspired by one in which I participated during an Open Spirit Circle at the Arthur Conan Doyle Centre in Scotland. It was led by one of their psychic Tarot readers, Ilaria Patrizii Bernardi, and everyone in the Circle agreed that her meditation was terrific. I can only hope to approach her success with my own. Meditation: Manifest Health
This meditation is about twenty-three minutes in total and is especially good for anyone grappling with a cancer diagnosis. The meditation flows across three segments: (1) centering and clearing, (2) a virtual journey through your bloodstream armed with Divine energy to dissolve cancer cells and strengthen healthy cells, and (3) manifesting your future by envisioning yourself as healthy, cancer-free, and flourishing. This regular version of this meditation is just over seventeen minutes in total and is specially designed to ground and center you, then encourage you to recite a list of positive affirmations to help them manifest. Suitable for any time, but an especially good way to begin your day on a positive note.
The shorter version omits the grounding and calming breaths, and goes directly into reciting the affirmations. This is good for people familiar with meditation or those who want to quickly calibrate their thoughts and anchor in positive energy. Meditation: Navigating Grief
This meditation is almost eighteen and a half minutes in total. I created it to help my wife, our family, and me navigate the loss of a loving relative after prolonged suffering during an indescribable battle with cancer. Both my wife and my sister suggested this idea, so I was honored to create it as an homage to all of our relatives, friends, and animals who have passed into Spirit (Heaven, for us) over the years.
